I lived on the second floor right above the parking garage and next to the elevators, which I was nervous about because of noise. But it was not an issue at all - in a year I probably only heard my neighbors once or twice, the soundproof apartments are great. Staff was very responsive - for minor issues e.g. clogged drain I had a maintenance person there and the issue fixed in
